Summer 2021 Transfer Window

No matter what the sport is, there are always transfer windows for all of them. Some are crazier than others. Some have changed history for the worse or the best.

The summer 2021 transfer window is probably one of the craziest transfer windows of all time in football history.

Look. First, Messi says goodbye to Barcelona after 21 years and goes to PSG. That news alone really impacted the football world because no one imagined Messi being anywhere but Barca, especially after so long. It's the same thing with Sergio Ramos. After playing 16 years at Real Madrid and being captain, he said his goodbyes and went to PSG. I mean, who would have thought we would see Messi and Ramos playing together. SO WILD. But wait, there is more...

But before I get to the craziest transfer news, in my opinion, let me add some honorable mentions.

Lukaku goes back to Chelsea. Sancho goes to United, which was something we United fans wanted, and luckily it went through. Grealish to City, which has a lot of hype as well. Varane to United, which was also insane, especially after spending so much time in Real Madrid.

As I am writing this, there are speculations that Hazard might go to Juventus on loan. Mbappe's signing with Real Madrid might be close as well, a matter of days, to be honest. And possibilities of Haaland going to PSG. If these rumors came true, this summer window would seriously be the craziest, even though it already is.

If you are not a football fan or have been under a rock, what made this window transfer complete madness, in my opinion, is the fact that Manchester United recuperated one of their legends. At the age of 18, one of their stars made his debut coming from Sporting in Portugal. If you know who I am talking about, I hope you are just as happy as I am.

That is right, Cristiano Ronaldo is back at United, and I could not be any happier than I am right now.

I was so stressed out and anxious yesterday because Ronaldo was rumored to be linked with Manchester City, a United rival. So, if CR7 were to take the spot in City, I would have lost immense respect for him because loyalty comes first. Also, the fact that Ronaldo in the past has said he would not join City, not for the money, not for anything, so if he had changed, that would have been hurtful.

Many United players have welcomed him and have shown so much excitement over Ronaldo's homecoming. Lots of players like Jesse Lingard and Rashford, who since they were small, have idolized Ronaldo. Rashford was asked if he was “excited to play with your idol,” He responded with “understatement.” The fans have been talking about Ronaldo nonstop, and he makes history once again with his shirt being sold the most in Fanatics history, topping other players like Messi going to PSG, Brady to the Bucs, etc.

This Saturday, Ronaldo's debut against Newcastle, and I are so excited and happy to see him play on the team. He once won team awards like the premier league, champions league, FA Cup, League Cup, Club world cup, and more.

Ronaldo will be a booster to this United. His winning mentality and almost always scoring tactics will help United be great. Many disagree and believe United did not need Ronaldo, but only time will tell at the end of the day.

Words cannot describe how happy I know my legend is going back to United and the premier league. Ronaldo will not disappoint.
